Living with Choroideremia and progressive sight loss, Rob has spent years adapting, refining, and pushing beyond perceived limits.
In July 2025, following a serious accident, that mindset was tested again. Rob fell down a flight of stairs and was hospitalised for 3 weeks.
Rehabilitation became a real-time application of everything he teaches — structured training, intelligent recovery, and the ability to adapt under pressure.
This wasn’t just recovery. It was a return to performance.

Rob is currently training towards completing both an Ironman-distance triathlon race in Hamburg in June and the full Outlaw triathlon race in Nottingham (3.8km swim, 180km bike, 42.2km run).
This isn’t about ticking off events. It’s about demonstrating what structured training, resilience, and clarity can achieve — even in the face of adversity.
